Frederick William R. Garcia graduated in 1994 with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Manila Central University. He passed the dental licensure examination during the same year.

Dr. Frederick William R. Garcia after finishing his degree in dentistry at the Manila Central University, Manila, Philippines started practicing as a general dentist and later on pursued cosmetic dentistry (porcelain veneers, composite veneers, all porcelain crowns and porcelain crowns supported with metal) as a specialization.

Dr. Frederick William R. What is a Cosmetic Dentist?
